Refund Policy

Customer Satisfaction is Our Priority

At JK Glass Door & Window, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our refund policy works:

Service-Based Refunds

  • Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • A full refund may be issued if the cancellation request is made before any work has commenced.
  • If a portion of the work has been completed, a partial refund may be provided based on the percentage of work done.
  • No refunds will be issued once the service has been fully delivered or completed.
  • Any refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service start date.
  • If work has not begun, a refund may be issued minus a 10% charge for pre-planning and other preparation costs.
  • If a portion of the service has been completed, a partial refund may be offered.

Product-Based Refunds (If Applicable)

  • All products are non-refundable due to their customized nature and made-to-order specifications.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returned items unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • Certain categories of products, such as clearance items and specially discounted inventory, are not eligible for refunds.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made items: These include any glass, windows, doors, or other customized products or furniture pieces that are built to specific client dimensions, materials, colours, or personalized designs that differ from standard catalogue offerings. Due to their personalized nature, these items cannot be resold or repurposed and are therefore non-refundable.
